Sweeping Mechanism
The operation panel is located on the right rear side of the vehicle and is mainly used for the control of the tailgate, garbage tank, auxiliary air blower, and hand-held water spray gun.
The system has set up various operation modes such as full sweeping, full washing and full sweeping and washing. Users can choose the appropriate operation mode according to their needs. The vehicle has a rear-view system. Cameras are installed at the rear and right side of the vehicle, and a color display is installed in the cab. When working, you can check the cleaning effect in the cab and ensure safety when reversing.
Main Characterstics
1. It adopts four-disk sweeping brooms in the middle and a narrow-width suction nozzle at the rear. The suction is strong, the cleaning surface and the suction nozzle overlap and there is no leakage, and it has an excellent cleaning effect.
2. Sweep omnidirectional adjustment, convenient and quick. The front sweeping disc adopts a single hydraulic cylinder to control ascending, descending, extending, and recovering. The front sweeping disc has the function of collision avoidance, which can ensure that the cleaning device is not damaged during operation.
3. The opening size of the feeding port of the suction nozzle is intelligently controlled by the electro-hydraulic unit (Optional). It is convenient to feed large-volume materials into the suction nozzle, which has the advantages of being sensitive, intuitive, and fast.
4. Simplified design of nozzle ground clearance adjustment structure, quick and convenient adjustment.
5. The lightweight design of the upper body, the low quality of the whole vehicle, meets the requirements of the loading quality, is safe and reliable, and has good fuel economy.
6. The garbage tank is made of SS304 single-layer whole stainless-steel material, with high structural strength and no corrosion.
7. In an emergency state, the garbage tank, the suction nozzle, and the sweeping pan can be moved up and down through the set manual pump.
8. It has a variety of safety alarm devices: low water level of the clean water tank, auxiliary engine water temperature, oil pressure, reversing reminder, hydraulic oil leak alarm, garbage tank tipping, tailgate opening and closing safety alarms, etc.
9. The auxiliary engine and the fan adopt an automatic centrifugal clutch connection device, which can ensure that the auxiliary engine is automatically disconnected from the fan when the auxiliary engine starts at no load and when the auxiliary engine stops.
10. It is equipped with rear video surveillance and left and right observation mirrors, which can observe the real-time road conditions on the left, right, and rear, with a good view of the operation and high safety.
11. The water tank has different filling ports to meet different filling conditions.
