Each Smog Tower employs our proprietary Five-Stage Purification Process, capable of cleaning up to 100,000 m³ of ambient air per hour while consuming minimal energy (approximately 10 kW). Working like a giant vacuum cleaner, our Smog Tower reduces approximately 95% of airborne particulate matter by transforming fine and ultrafine dust particles into coarse dust. First Stage: Pre-Filtration
Polluted air passes through a specialized pre-filter designed to capture particulate matter larger than PM10. These filters are cleanable and reusable, effectively trapping major pollutants and recommended for dusty environments.
Second Stage: Ionization
Air moves through an ionizing chamber where ion technology creates a sphere of ions. Particles become positively charged when passing through the anode, and with the ground negatively charged, they're pulled downward. This stage removes 75% of particles sized PM10-PM2.5.
Third Stage: Electrostatic Precipitation
The remaining air passes through a high-voltage electrostatic spray zone where highly charged atomized water droplets attract oppositely charged pollutants and settle them onto collector plates, effectively removing particulate matter smaller than PM2.5.
Fourth Stage: Odor Neutralization
Air enters an odor neutralization chamber where harmful gases and odors undergo chemical reactions with neutralizers. Through absorption and adsorption processes, toxic gases like Sulphur, Ammonia, Mercaptans, and other organic odor gases convert to neutral compounds.
Fifth Stage: Final Filtration
Air passes through a complex layered stainless steel sintered filter that captures any remaining pollutants. This long-life, cleanable filter offers high capturing capacity for final air purification before release.
