Structure & Characteristics
Chassis
Self propelled electric arrangement with electric motor powering the chassis and lithium power pack batteries. Cabin for operator with single point control for whole sweeping machine.
Power output system
The power output system is the power source of the special working mechanism of the sweeping vehicle. The power source of the upper body is connected to the engine to provide power requirements for the upper body drive motor and hydraulic system.
Garbage Tank
The garbage tank is made of stainless steel, and the side walls are designed with curved ribs. The clean water tank and the garbage tank are integrated into one.
Vacuum Nozzle
The unique double-suction vacuum nozzle together with the flexible pipe, can effectively gather all the garbage to the garbage tank.
Low-pressure Water Pump
The low-pressure water with a rated working pressure of 10 Bars and a rated flow of 4-8 L/min, with high efficiency and good reliability.
Electronic System
The truck adopts the control mode of "Displayer + Controller + CAB Operation Panel & quot;. The control of the speed of the drive motor, the vacuum nozzle, the sweeping disc, and the left and right spray bars are all operated by one button.
Sweeping Mechanism
The sweeping brush has hydraulic buffer type automatic adjustment technology, which can keep the contact force between the brush and the ground at a fixed value, and can automatically compensate after the brush is worn. There is also an auxiliary chain spring mechanical adjustment device to ensure that the sweeping efficiency is not affected by the environment.
The operation panel is located on the right rear side of the vehicle and is mainly used for the control of the tailgate, garbage tank, auxiliary air blower, and hand-held water spray gun.

6. The garbage tank is made of SS304 single-layer whole stainless-steel material, with high structural strength and no corrosion.
7. In an emergency state, the garbage tank, the suction nozzle, and the sweeping pan can be moved up and down through the set manual pump.
8. It has a variety of safety alarm devices: low water level of the clean water tank, auxiliary engine water temperature, oil pressure, reversing reminder, hydraulic oil leak alarm, garbage tank tipping, tailgate opening and closing safety alarms, etc.
9. The auxiliary engine and the fan adopt an automatic centrifugal clutch connection device, which can ensure that the auxiliary engine is automatically disconnected from the fan when the auxiliary engine starts at no load and when the auxiliary engine stops.
10. It is equipped with rear video surveillance and left and right observation mirrors, which can observe the real-time road conditions on the left, right, and rear, with a good view of the operation and high safety.
